ESG Practices
With social responsibility as one of our core values, each of the companies within the Avebury Equity Partners network is focused on building strong social capital through our environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. We are committed to more than just the bottom line, and believe it is our duty to embrace and invest in sustainable design and management. We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operations and improve our efficient use of resources in order to create a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.
Environmental Footprint
As part of our corporate mission, we continue to find innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint and focus on sustainable development. Over the last three years, we have reduced approximately 1,320 tonnes of greenhouse gas by implementing geo-thermal heating and cooling systems.
Eco-Friendly
We are dedicated in our efforts to incorporate green features and technologies into our projects. Our eco-friendly initiatives include, geo-thermal energy and water conservation solutions, using environment-friendly finishes and energy-saving devices in our projects, and adhering to responsible waste management practices.
Co-Living
Co-Living is a purpose-built rental solution for the sharing economy, where residents maintain private spaces, share kitchens and enjoy amenity-rich common spaces. This concept provides a natural solution to a housing supply shortage and unaffordable housing markets.
